We hired the services of Always Best Care in Puyallup because my dad has got some mobility issues. They're helping him get up, get dressed, and get his breakfast. They are also helping him with his toiletry, going to the bathroom, showering, and grooming. So far, I think it's going great. He seems happy, and they've been dependable. We haven't had any problems with people not showing up. The biggest problem has been finding enough providers to come in. I know that's not in their control, just based on the environment we are right now where people start working. That has been the hardest part. They are doing the best they can, but they're short on staff; so that's been the most frustrating part. Overall, it's great. I'm very pleased. We have great communication with them. They are who we have been working with the whole time.
