Henry Lee, MBA

Owner & Administrator

Henry Lee is the owner of Always Best Care St. George. His goal with Always Best Care is to positively impact Southern Utah’s senior community and ensure clients and caregivers receive the best care possible. In addition, he wants to exemplify the company’s name by being the best in the senior care industry.

His background is in commercial real estate, operating apartment communities in Northern California. Before that, he worked at several Bay Area tech and media startups. Henry received his MBA from the Masagung Graduate School of Management at the University of San Francisco. Henry was born in the Philippines and spent most of his life in Northern California before moving to St. George, UT, in 2018. Coming from a culture emphasizing respect and care for the elderly, Henry was inspired to open Always Best Care since he cares for his father, who is in his eighties.

Julie Lee

HR and Operations Manager

Julie Lee is the HR and Operations Manager of Always Best Care St. George. A Utah native, she is a loving wife and mother to two children. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health at Brigham Young University. Healthcare and especially senior care, has always been her passion. Growing up caring for her Grandma, who lived with her family in the latter years of
her life, taught her service, a passion for caring, and thinking of little ways she could improve her Grandma’s day each day. Julie’s goal is to bring a culture of caring, love, compassion, and empathy to our community in Southern Utah.

Before Always Best Care, she worked as a Client Relationship Manager at Fidelity Investments in Salt Lake City and the Bay Area, California. One of Julie’s first jobs was working in an assisted living facility in Provo, Utah; while in college, she got to know the residents and cared deeply for them. She also participated in charities and church groups caring for seniors and community members. She enjoys helping seniors receive the best long-term care they can. Julie’s goal is to live up to the company’s name, providing the Best Care, Always.

Lea Geneciran, CNA

Client Relationship Manager

Lea is our Client Relationship Manager and has taken over many other roles with her caring heart. She is a licensed CNA and shares her passion for care with not only our clients and their families but also with our fantastic care team. Lea is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce in the Philippines. She supported her college as a general office clerk in one of the Philippines’ top insurance companies. She also has a background in the textile industry and worked in the public sector at the State Bar of California and the Washington County Justice Court in St. George, Utah.

Lea’s first job when her family came to the United States in 1996 was as a caregiver. As a caregiver, she became passionate about working for the elderly, knowing that she could help care for them in the comfort of their own homes, able to keep their memories and familiarity around them.

Brent Schroeder

Staffing Coordinator

Over a decade ago, Brent began his homecare journey with an in-home care company in Boulder, Colorado, where he worked as an administrative manager, overseeing many aspects of the industry. Then, he moved to Saint George to be closer to loved ones who needed caring. Caring for the elderly is close to home for him. Brent ensures that all clients are covered and cared for with the best matches. Client and caregiver satisfaction is his priority.

Brent is a native of Saint Louis, Missouri; he graduated from UMSL in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science. Brent enjoys going home to see his family and rooting on his Saint Louis Cardinals and Blues. He also enjoys watching the Denver Broncos with his girlfriend, an avid Broncos fan, and trying new adventures around the Saint George area.
