Lea Geneciran, CNA

Staffing Coordinator

Lea is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce in the Philippines. She supported her college as a General Office clerk in one of the Philippines’ top insurance companies. Lea’s first job was as a caregiver when her family came to the United States in 1996. She also has a background in the textile industry and worked in the public sector at The State Bar of California, and most recently, Washington County Justice Court in St. George, Utah. As a caregiver, she became passionate about working for the elderly, knowing that she could help them and let them live independently without giving up their independence. She will share that passion with the team of Always Best Care caregivers as a staffing coordinator and licensed CNA.

Nevertheless, caregiving is part of her life, as she will be joining her son Henry in their home care business. She is grateful and excited to be part of the first Always Best Care in Utah.
