Kelly & Richard Britton
Owner
Kelly has worked in the healthcare industry for more 20 years as a consultant dietitian assisting seniors to manage the symptoms of aging through wellness and nutrition. Richard brings extensive business and management experience spanning several industries and areas, including oilfield, logistics, sales, human resources, and distribution.
Michelle Wilbrett
Director of Operations
Michelle has been with our Always Best Care Agency since its inception in 2014. She has been instrumental in growing and developing our systems designed to provide well trained caregivers and top notch customer service that our clients have come to expect. Michelle has a degree in Fine Arts and is a talented graphic design and photographer as well. She is amazing at conflict resolution and building relationships. Her compassion to help serve and mentor others is evident in her daily work. She adores her little Corgie, Remington, and truly values spending time with her family or “mudding” on the weekends.
Debbi Collins
Staffing Coordinator
Debbi came on board as our scheduling coordinator in December of 2020. She has over 30 years of experience in customer service and enjoys developing teams. She is a proactive problem solver and always willing to jump in and help where needed. She enjoys being able to match our clients with the best caregiver fit to ensure a positive client experience. Debbi’s free time at home is filled with family, working in the garden, and home remodeling projects. She brings a light of joy to our agency everyday!
Mandy Pipkins
Administrative Assistant
Mandy has been with our agency since 2016 and was an amazing caregiver before being brought into the office. Her attention to detail is like none other. She works hard to keep our Agency compliant with all Texas State Regulations and enjoys visiting with our clients over the phone to ensure they are having a good customer experience. Mandy enjoys shopping, birdwatching and spending time with her family. She is truly an invaluable part of our team!
Kimberly Cormier
Director of Nursing
Kimberly came on board with our Agency in 2018 to assist with RN Delegations. This allows our non-medical Agency to take on higher acuity cases under nursing supervision. Kimberly is a hard worker, enjoys traveling and spending time with her precious family, grandson and fur-babies.
Marquita Robinson
Training Care Manager
Marquita is from Louisiana and brings a wealth of experience to our team. She has been a Certified Nursing Assistant for over 15 years. She joined our team in 2020 as a caregiver, but we quickly identified that she was extraordinary in the field and wanted to promote her to a leadership office role. She functions as our Training Care Manager and focuses on home monitoring visits, updating care plans, training caregivers, amazing customer service, and ensuring clients have PPE supplies delivered to their home. She absolutely loves making a difference in the lives of her clients. Marquita keeps busy with her family, friends and loves working in the yard!
David Smith
HR & Recruiting Coordinator
David has a degree in Business Administration and 30 years experience in the management and travel industry. He came to our Agency in August 2020 as our HR and Recruiting Coordinator. His mother was a previous client with Always Best Care for several years. After her passing, he reached out to us and decided he wanted to continue his relationship with the company, this time as an employee as he was extremely grateful for the care that Always Best Care gave his mother. David brings a spark of energy to our office team and keeps us all encouraged. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling the world, and his sweet Westie, Tucker.
Scout Jane
Certified Pet Therapy Dog (In Training)
Scout is a 3 year old American Chocolate Lab who thinks she is a lap dog. She can be seen in the Always Best Care office a few days a week and is working on becoming a certified Pet Therapy Dog. She enjoys playing with her sister, getting treats, and doing tricks!
