Owners

Wendy and Patrick are the owners of Always Best Care Senior Services in San Antonio. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Wendy is a graduate of the University of Texas -San Antonio. Prior to founding Always Best Care, Patrick spent over 30 years as a natural gas commodity trader. Wendy was also in the Natural Gas Business for 9 years and stayed home to raise their 2 children for 19 years and did volunteer work for the church and school.
We are proud parents of our daughter Kendall and our son Caleb.
We enjoy Alabama football, scuba diving, tennis and golf when we can find the time.

My Name is Debbie Trone, I am the director of business development at our office. I have over 10 years of experience working with seniors in a variety of settings to include Director of an Assisted Living Facility and Memory Care Facility. I started my career with seniors after studying Psychology and Counseling in Scotland, where I then became a Certified Nursing Home Activities Director and later, transitioning to Director where my passion for Memory Care grew. I later became a Certified Assisted Living Manager, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Certified Nursing Home Activities Director.

Hi my name is Danielle Gray I am the recruiter and training coordinator here at Always Best Care Senior Services. I started at ABC as caregiver and was promoted within to scheduler and most recently recruiter. I have been in the medical field for 20 years, specializing in special needs and geriatrics. I have my Associates Degree in Applied Science and EMT-Basic Certification from Sandhills Community College located in Pinehurst, NC. I have a 4-year-old daughter named Lilliana and moved to San Antonio in 2015 to be closer to my family since my father retired Army at Fort Sam Houston.

Billing and Payroll

My name is Cristina Gonzalez and have been working at Always Best Care since July of 2019. I work with Pat and Wendy doing billing and payroll. I am bilingual in Spanish and help with interviews and customer service. I moved from the valley in May of 2018 and started working for a school district. My greatest joy has been raising my 5 daughters and spending time with my grandchildren.

My name is Jenna Frias, our Quality Control Coordinator, I have a thriving interest and passion of ensuring the seniors in our community receive the absolute best care in achieving their care plan goals. I entered the geriatric medical community over 12 years ago as a Resident Assistant serving seniors in a variety of settings to include Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. With a high aptitude and desire to advocate and grow her own career aspirations in long term care, I secured certificates as a Medication Technician, advancing to Assistant Director and graduated as a Certified Nursing Assistant from West Avenue College in 2018.
