Barbara Durham

Operations Manager/ Alt Administrator

Barbara is a graduate of Texas Tech University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies.

Barbara has over 21 years in the Health Care profession, experiencing in Case Management, Office Management, Director of Hospital Admissions, and Marketing. Barbara resides in Prosper, TX and is happily married to her husband, Sean. They have 4 beautiful children, Jamal, Devon, Tenae, and Myah. Their oldest son, Jamal is attending medical school at the University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio. And their oldest daughter Tenae, will be attending her Freshman year at the University of Arkansas in the fall of 2018 in hopes to become a Registered Nurse. They too share her passion of giving back and being an advocate to improve population health outcomes.

Neeva Shrestha

Finance Specialist

Neeva is a native Austinite who also graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Biology. She is a huge animal lover and enjoys hiking as well as kayaking with friends and family. She also has a passion for cooking and loves learning new recipes to cook for her friends and family.

Victoria Whitington

HR Recruiter

Victoria joined our team and has lived in Texas for the last 22 years. Victoria is originally from San Diego, California and was raised in a small town in South Africa. She has three daughters and a grandson. Victoria is proud to be a major contributor to the welfare of our senior community, bringing in quality and safe caregivers for Always Best Care Senior Services. She has a passion for fitness and elevating the overall quality of life for others.

Heather Magee

HR/ Recruiter

Heather was born and raised in Brownwood, Texas. She has an Associates Degree in Computer Science and has completed classes towards a Nursing Degree. Her entire working career (20 years) has been in the medical field from being a CNA in nursing homes, to a Medical Assistant & Phlebotomist for Internal Medicine Clinics, to working in Human Resources for the past 10 years. She loves taking care of the elderly and helping anyone she can. She has 3 kids, a son and 2 daughters who take up all her time outside of work with sports and church. Being a mother is her passion and is what she is most proud of. She strives to do better than yesterday and is thankful for her work family at Always Best Care.

Carol Okusolubo

Scheduling/ Staffing Manager

Carol has been in the Healthcare Experience with Geriatric, Alzheimer, Dementia, Working with Hospice care clients and Acute care facilities for over 21 years. She has also completed courses through the Department of Aging and Disability in the State of Texas for Alternate Administrator and Administrator as well. Another one of her great passions is working with those in domestic violence situations and being an advocate for children in foster care.

Carol is married and a proud mother of 4 daughters and 2 sons. Also has fostered many others.

Carol comes from a large family, so in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, seeing new movies, fishing and going to basketball/ football games.

Denise Stock

Staffing Manager

Denise has completed courses through the Department of Aging and Disability in the State of Texas for Alternate Administrator. She also was a Medical assistant for many Doctors from UTSW Medical School in Dallas.

She has dedicated 12 years in Personal Assistant Services for the Elderly. She literally went full circle in the industry having experience in every position from Administration, marketing, staffing, billing, and payroll. All the time caring for an elderly parent in her home for 17 years.

Denise loves people, and loves caring for everyone. She is an active grandmother and wife who spends her spare time feeding and clothing those less fortunate. She works with two non-profit organizations providing Hope for those in need. Her hobbies include sewing, quilting, and camping with her family.

Roxann Lott

Marketing/ Care Coordinator

Roxann is a Texas Native born and raised in Dallas TX. She has a Nursing background and has been in the Home Healthcare Field for the last eight years. Roxann absolutely loves building relationships that are helping families in need, this is a true passion of hers. In her sparetime she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Roxann looks forward to growing relationships as well building new ones as one of Always Best Care’s Care Coordinators.

Elisa “Elise” Rene Carrillo

Staffing Coordinator

Elise has been with Always Best Care since 2013. She has one son named Lincoln and enjoys spending time with him on her off days. Before Always Best Care, she was a Caregiver/Med Tech in an Assisted Living Facility. Elise found peace helping seniors, many of them she worked directly with and some she didn’t. But, their wisdom of life helped mature her and remains in her heart. Elise has a true passion with matching caregivers and clients together and takes great pride in finding that perfect match. She loves being there for Seniors and their families when they are faced with a difficult time in their life or when they might need help transitioning into needing additional care.

Shantel “Shay” Smith

Staffing Coordinator

Shantel has over 10 years experience providing care to the elderly. Working in the Assisted Living and Senior Living facilities has brought a wealth of knowledge and compassion when it comes to understanding the individual care needs of our clients.
She enjoys cooking, hunting, and spending time with her family.

Attiyah Hameen

Administrative Assistant

Having worked as a receptionist/ administrative assistant, Attiyah is simultaneously continuing her education to obtain her BSBC {Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry) degree. Her ultimate goal is to become a Medical Doctor, specializing in Pediatrics.

Attiyah enjoys caring for children, as they are the future. In her spare time, Attiyah enjoys seeing new movies, traveling the world, and spending time with loved ones.

Arlene Walker

Scheduling Coordinator/ Office Assistant

Arlene is originally from New Orleans, LA. She has resided in Dallas, TX for 6 years. Arlene graduated from Eastern College of Health Vacations of New Orleans. She has over 12 years experience in the Health Care Industry and is trained in Alzheimer’s and Dementia. She has also worked in Assisted Living and Memory Care Facilities. Arlene’s hobbies are modeling, acting, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Jonathan, of 13 years.
