Owner of Always Best Care Senior Services in El Paso, Texas. Carlos is a graduate from the University of Texas at El Paso. With a degree in mechanical engineering, Carlos had spent twenty-three years in manufacturing and operations. After witnessing in his father’s battle with cancer, his family was confronted with having to provide care and support throughout his father’s journey. Humbled by the experience, he was drawn to the opportunity in starting a business where he could help other people going through similar experiences.
Karla, Carlos’ wife, has a love of educating middle schoolers. She graduated from the University of Texas of El Paso with a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies. She has taught middle school math for twenty-two years. Karla uses her background to assist the team with billing, bookkeeping and payroll. She will look to move into recruiting and training down the road, which is an area that will incorporate her background in education.
Graciela “Grace” Camacho, is a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW) and has over 35 years’ experience in different Social Work settings. She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso and has always wanted to be a Social Worker. She was motivated to make a difference by helping those in need. Among Grace’s accolades are being nominated for Employee of the Year at Texas Tech University in 2002 and being nominated for Social Worker of the Year by the National Association of Social Worker in 2003. Grace’s motivation for a new beginning with Always Best Care was having the opportunity to work side by with her son.
Linda has been living in El Paso, Texas for over 48 years. She was born in California but calls El Paso her home. She’s a mother of two and has two grandchildren. She’s been in the Medical industry for over 27 years. She is passionate about giving back to her community by volunteering and others things she enjoys are watching her granddaughter dance ballet and going to church, cooking, gardening and travel.
