Operations Manager/ Alt Administrator
Barbara is a graduate of Texas Tech University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies.
Barbara has over 21 years in the Health Care profession, experiencing in Case Management, Office Management, Director of Hospital Admissions, and Marketing. Barbara resides in Prosper, TX and is happily married to her husband, Sean. They have 4 beautiful children, Jamal, Devon, Tenae, and Myah. Their oldest son, Jamal is attending medical school at the University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio. And their oldest daughter Tenae, will be attending her Freshman year at the University of Arkansas in the fall of 2018 in hopes to become a Registered Nurse. They too share her passion of giving back and being an advocate to improve population health outcomes.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Client Services Director
Talsha “TJ” has 9 years of experience in the healthcare field. TJ began her career in her hometown of Baton Rouge,LA working in mental and behavioral health; including adolescent psychiatric care, adult psychiatric care, geriatric psychiatric care, chemical dependency detox, and additional experience as a Mental Health Specialist. TJ graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a concentration in Human Development and Family Studies. In 2017, she became a part of the Sunrise Senior Living corporation. During her tenure at Sunrise she worked on the community level as a Resident Care Coordinator, managing both the Assisted Living and Memory Care departments for Baton Rouge and Dallas communities as well as becoming a member of the Corporate office in McLean,Virginia, on their Strategic Initiatives Training Team. TJ spends her free-time with her four-legged fur babies Nova and Noah.
Director of Business Development
Donna has worked in senior living for over 20 years and is passionate about educating and helping others. Donna was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and married her high school sweetheart. They have two children, 3 grandchildren, and 1 great granddaughter. Donna’s husband had a successful career with JCPenny and they moved often while raising their children. She has lived in 7 different states supporting her husband’s career, before their final move to Texas 15 years ago. While living in Stillwater, Oklahoma, after her children had left the nest, she attended Oklahoma State University and studied sociology and psychology. She has since gained experience working with seniors in a variety of fields, including home health, independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice and her favorite field of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Educating others about the options available for their loved ones is #1 on her priority list. Donna and her husband live in Fairview, Texas. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to movies, sewing, and anything outdoors.
Ivory is a graduate of Robert Morris University Illinois, She has a Bachelor of Science in of Accounting and Finance. Also, a graduate of Kennedy King College, She has an Associate of Applied Science in Healthcare Management and Pharmacology.
Ivory has over years 5 years in the Accounting and Finance profession, preparing the monthly profit and loss, balance sheet reports, tax reporting and inventory processing, preparing weekly cash flow statements, assisting with preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts, conducting internal audits such as wage reviews, and examining financial records to check for accuracy.
Also, Ivory has over 12 years in the Healthcare Management and Pharmacology profession, overseeing the daily business operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing prescription medication and advising clients. Entail managing the pharmacy staff and inventory, and ensuring the safe storage of prescription drugs and controlled substances.
Ivory resides in McKinney, TX and is engaged to her Fiancé Andrew. They have 3 beautiful children, Aaden, Terrion, and Madison. She enjoys being a mother and helping others in need. Her hobbies are cooking, reading, traveling, preparing taxes, and financial advising.
Abigail is a Fort Worth local who has been blessed to watch her town grow into a nationally and internationally recognized for arts, sports, business and Health & Science. She is happiest when she can use her innate empathy, over 20 years of business skills and networking to help those around her. She is always looking to keep learning more, dive into new ideas, brainstorm new ways that may have been overlooked to solve problems.
Abigail is happily married, her husband Timothy is a High School Teacher and Coach; they have a son, Jackson and a daughter, Mia. Her family stays actively involved in the community and Church life. Through many conversations with clients Abigail has learned to focus on having “Experiences” with family and friends. She prioritizes traveling and making memories and sharing stories.
Denise has completed courses through the Department of Aging and Disability in the State of Texas for Alternate Administrator. She also was a Medical assistant for many Doctors from UTSW Medical School in Dallas.
She has dedicated 12 years in Personal Assistant Services for the Elderly. She literally went full circle in the industry having experience in every position from Administration, marketing, staffing, billing, and payroll. All the time caring for an elderly parent in her home for 17 years.
Denise loves people, and loves caring for everyone. She is an active grandmother and wife who spends her spare time feeding and clothing those less fortunate. She works with two non-profit organizations providing Hope for those in need. Her hobbies include sewing, quilting, and camping with her family.
Kemeshia was born and raised in East Texas and has been in the Medical Field for 15 years.
She enjoys taking care of the elderly and helping anyone she can. Her working career of 15 years in the medical field has ranged from being a Certified Nursing Assistant, Med Tech Care Coordinator, as well as Scheduling. She recently moved back to Texas in 2019 from Ohio to be closer to her family. She has 2 children, 1 daughter and 1 son, who take up most of her time outside of work. Her hobbies include cooking, photography, interior design, fishing, hiking kayaking and simply spending time with her family.
Lacy was born and raised in a small town in East Texas. She started caregiving at the age of 14, assisting with family members. Lacy moved to Arlington in 2019. She has a 12 year old daughter and a 9 year old son. Lacy has over 12 years of caregiving experience and has always loved helping the elderly and disabled.
Hobbies include cooking, painting with her daughter, taking her children fishing or just spending time outside. Lacy simply loves spending time with her children and family.
