Clay came to Always Best Care following 6 years working in Commercial Lending at a Bank in the Knoxville area. Clay loves the opportunity Always Best Care gives its employees to give back to our local Senior Community. Clay spends most of his time in the office but the opportunity to get out and serve is what makes this job special. When he is not working Clay enjoys spending time with his Wife and their bulldog Gus, and being outside on a golf course.

Director of Client Services

Born and raised in East Tennessee, Audra got her B.A. from The University of Tennessee in Psychology. She has a range of experience working with children and families, as well as seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Audra has always been a people-person and loves interacting and building relationships with people in the community. In her spare time, Audra enjoys reading, kayaking; and fishing. Audra brings to the table a willingness and passion for helping others.

Lynn Pique

Community Relations Director

M Lynn Pique, the Community Relations Director of Always Best Care of Greater Knoxville, came back home to the Knoxville, TN with a desire to serve Seniors with joy in her heart. Lynn works closely with families in the Greater Knoxville Area by helping with the placement of a loved one in an Assisted Living Community or Always Best Care Senior Services In home care services. Being happily married to Anthony E. Pique, they share two dogs, Molly and Cabbage, two precious Daughters, a wonderful Son n law and five adorable grandchildren. This caring foundation keeps Lynn focused on why we do what we do while caring for one another.

Scheduling Coordinator

Nick is our new staffing coordinator. He has just graduated from the University of Tennessee and is very familiar with the Knoxville area. He is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys going out on the lake for a nice day of fishing when he is not helping us in the office. He often spends time with his family and knows what it is like when a loved one needs assistance and supervision from others. It is because of this that he realizes the importance of caregiving. We are happy to have Nick on our team and he has shown us he will go out of his way to ensure our clients are provided with the care they need.

Mikeala is Maryville native and a graduate of Maryville College. She and her husband share their home with three feline fur-babies and love to hike and be outdoors in their spare time. Her love of connection with others brought her to the field of recruiting and her passion for making a difference in people’s lives brought her to the caregiving industry. Being able to combine the two has made for an inspiring adventure!
