John Montgomery, BS

Owner/ Director

John opened the Chester County ABC office in March 2010. He brought with him 20 years of business management experience, including Financial Services, Consumer Products, Commercial Contracting, and Event Planning. John received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, and oversees the day-to-day operations of ABC and strategic planning for the continued growth of ABC. John resides in Chester County with his wife and two children, and they enjoy taking family trips throughout the year.

Danielle Polinsky

Office Manager/Scheduling

Danielle was hired as a caregiver on September of 2018 and was quickly promoted to Office Manager. She brings with her 18 years of Customer Service experience within the financial industry. Danielle works closely with our clients, caregivers, and Managed Care Organization’s to ensure that our clients are receiving the best possible care and our caregivers are properly supervised. HR Manager

Heather has been with Always Best Care since November of 2018. She brings with her a degree in Psychology. Heather began as the Scheduling Coordinator and was quickly promoted into the role of HR Manager in December 2018. As the HR Manager at Always Best Care Senior Services, Heather is responsible for recruiting and maintaining talented caregivers that provide the best level of care for our consumers. Service Coordination Manager

Vanessa has been with Always Best Care since August 2011. Vanessa began her career as a Caregiver and after several years of outstanding performance was promoted to HR Manager in October 2016. Since May of 2018 Vanessa has done an excellent job of generating new leads and coordinating In-Home Care services to new and existing participants as our Service Coordination Manager. In addition, Vanessa manages events at senior housing and senior centers in the Chester County area. Service Coordination Administrator

Amber has been with Always Best Care since June of 2013. She brings with her 16 years of Customer Service experience. She has also been a caregiver for many years and was promoted as the service coordination administrator under the direction of Vanessa.
