Meet the team
Bryant M. Greene is the founder, owner/administrator of Always Best Care Senior Services of Philadelphia, Lower Bucks and Delaware Counties and the Main Line and founder and owner of Always Best Care Delaware.
Always Best Care Senior Services is a leader in in-home care and free assisted living placement. Greene is president of BMG Circle of Life, LLC which owns the multi-franchise unit of Always Best Care Senior Services. He was previously honored as the 2015 Franchisee of the Year by the Always Best Care Senior Services national franchisor in Roseville, CA. He also is the recipient of the Community Leadership Award by RSVP Philadelphia, was honored with the Leader of Innovation Medal by Philadelphia University, the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award from Fun Times Magazine, the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the Philadelphia Chapter of the Buoniconti Fund To Cure Paralysis and the Corporate Advocate of the Year Award from the African American Chamber of Commerce of PA, NJ and DE.
A graduate of Central High School in Philadelphia, he received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Virginia State University. He also received a master’s in business administration with a focus on international and global business from Philadelphia University, now Thomas Jefferson University. As a result of his master’s degree area of concentration, he was afforded the opportunity to study abroad in London, Paris and Brussels.
He currently serves on the Public Policy Committee/Political Action Committee Board of the Pennsylvania Homecare Association located in Lemoyne, PA and is a member of the board of trustees of Thomas Jefferson University, the Overbrook School For the Blind in Philadelphia, the Magee Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation board of directors and a board member of Philadanco. He additionally hosts his own radio program in Philadelphia on WURD 900 AM and has been active in philanthropic endeavors as a team captain for the top fundraising team for the 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Philadelphia Walks To End Alzheimer’s. He is A Friend of the Philadelphia Zoo and a member of its chairman committee, a supporter of KleinLife: Northeast Philadelphia, RSVP Philadelphia, Lupus Disease, Praise Is The Cure Week of Hope and Health, the Veteran’s Multi-Service Center, the Southampton Free Library, the Philadelphia Flower Show, Telemundo 62 TV’s Fiesta Day and Feria del Barrio Cultural Community Day, NBC10-TV and Telemundo 62TV’s Clear The Shelters Pet Adoption Initiative, the U.S. Marines Toys For Tots Campaign and a contributor to the WMGK-FM Radio’s Turkey Drop benefiting City Team Philadelphia. He was an award presenter and sponsor for the 2015 Hispanic Choice Awards held recently in center-city Philadelphia. He is a resident of Southern New Jersey.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Jessica Mateo serves as the Executive Administrative Assistant for Always Best Care Senior Services of Philadelphia, Lower Bucks and Delaware Counties and Main Line and Always Best Care Delaware.
She is directly responsible for all special event planning for the company and serves as the chief of scheduling for owner/administrator Bryant M. Greene. She additionally assists Greene with all administrative duties and functions for Always Best Care in all of its franchised territories.
She also previously served as Human Resource Assistant for Always Best Care. Prior to being employed at Always Best Care, she was a receptionist at JEVS Human Services in Philadelphia. Before that, she was a medical receptionist at Hispanic Community Counseling Services in Philadelphia servicing the Hispanic community.
She is a graduate of New Britain High School in New Britain, CT and studied Business Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
Irene Dudley, RN
Chief Operating Officer
Irene E. Dudley is the Chief Operating Officer of Always Best Care Senior Services of Philadelphia, Bucks and Delaware Counties, the Main Line and the State of Delaware.
She is directly responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for skilled care services, marketing and all operating departments in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Prior to being appointed COO at Always Best Care she was employed as the Clinical Director and Assistant Administrator for Deer Meadows Home Health & Support Services in Northeast Philadelphia and helped to build the agency to a CMS five-star provider.
Dudley is active on the education committee of the Pennsylvania Homecare Association in Lemoyne, PA and volunteers for the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter. She additionally serves as a Basic Life Support Instructor for the American Heart Association. She and her husband, Paul have four adult children and eight grandchildren. They reside in Bucks County Pennsylvania.

Co-Founder, Senior Care Coordinator
Valerie Crumble has been with Always Best Care since its inception and currently serves as a Care Coordinator in the Customer Service department. Valerie has worked in several roles and various departments during her ABC career. Valerie worked at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company for over 30 years in their Customer Service department.
Some of her current responsibilities are performing Start of Care assessments, resolving escalated client issues and working with external Case Workers on new business. Valerie also represents the company a various community events, runs the company’s birthday club and bereavement committee.
As a member of Providence Baptist Church, Valerie serves as a Deacon of our Deacon Board visiting the sick and shut-in of our congregation.
Allen LeGare, Jr.
Director of Customer Service
Allen LeGare, Jr. is the customer service manager for Always Best Care Senior Services of Philadelphia, Lower Bucks and Delaware Counties and the Main Line and Always Best Care Delaware. He is directly responsible for the establishment of the company’s operations structure, policies and procedures and the direct supervision of the operations staff. He also is responsible for the recruitment and hiring of the company’s care givers.
He also previously served as a care coordinator and billing assistant for Always Best Care. Prior to being employed at Always Best Care, he was a general store manager for the Summerwood Corporation, owners of the Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, A &W, KFC and Long John Silver brands.
He is a graduate on the University City High School in Philadelphia and was educated at the Community College of Philadelphia.
Senior Human Resource Manager
Gerald Mack is the human resource manager for Always Best Care Senior Services of Philadelphia, Lower Bucks and Delaware Counties and the Main Line and Always Best Care Delaware. He is responsible for the entire human resource function for the company including recruiting, hiring, training and benefits for all employee positions.
Prior to being hired at Always Best Care he was employed as a retirement benefits supervisor for Comcast. Before that, he was a benefits administrator for Towers, Watson, Willis, a benefits administration company.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania Employee Benefits Association and the Society of Human Resource Managers. He additionally is active as a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha, Inc. fraternity and is a member of the board and a coach for the Collingdale Athletic Club.
He is a graduate of Roxborough High School in Philadelphia and received a bachelor’s of science degree in benefits administration from Millersville University.
Senior Director of Customer Service
Chris Alston is the senior human resource and payroll manager for Always Best Care Home Health Services For Pennsylvania. He is directly responsible for overseeing the overall human resource function and payroll processing for the company. He also previously served as human resource manager for Always Best Care Senior Services of Philadelphia, Lower Bucks and Delaware Counties and the Main Line and Always Best Care Delaware.
Prior to joining Always Best Care, he was employed as a human resource manager and payroll coordinator, respectively for Comcast. He also served as a payroll coordinator for Genesis Health Care and the Sonesta Hotel.
He is a graduate of Olney High School in Philadelphia and received his bachelors of science degree in accounting from Temple University. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers. He additionally has been an organist for his church for the last 32 years.
Director of Financial Services
Donna Bonin is the Business Manager of Always Best Care Senior Services of Philadelphia, Bucks and Delaware Counties, the Main Line and the State of Delaware. She is directly responsible for overseeing all day-to-day finance operations for the company.
Prior to becoming the business manager at Always Best Care, she was employed as the Vice President of Operations for Connect America, located in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Before that, she worked as the Billing and Collections Manager for Phillips Lifeline, in Framingham, MA.
She has a Certificate of Business from the Dover Business College in Morris County, NJ. She has one adult child and resides with her husband in Deptford, NJ.
David Drees is the Marketing Manager of Always Best Care Senior Services of Philadelphia. He is directly responsible for overseeing the business development within the Greater Philadelphia market for the skilled medical home services and the non-medical home care programs of the agency.
Prior to Always Best Care, David was living and working in Denver, Colorado. He spent over a decade in sales, marketing and admissions positions in both sub-acute rehabilitation healthcare and the skilled home health level of care. Before entering the field of healthcare, David was a primary level educator and Director of Student Life at a K-8 charter school in Littleton, CO.
He is originally from Jenkintown, Pennsylvania and graduated from Jenkintown High School. He has a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master’s degree in Visual Media Arts from Emerson College in Boston.
David and his wife, Tiffany, have a young son who keeps them highly entertained and a golden-doodle named Juneau, who does the same. They reside in Montgomery County Pennsylvania.
Skilled Care Team
Delores Turlington is the Skilled Care Office Manager for Always Best Care Home Health Services. She is directly responsible for coordinating all office activities including medical records, data entry, maintaining patient records, preparing for all meetings, coordinating all telephone calls and maintaining sufficient office supplies. She also assists with direct patient coordination, employee time sheets, personnel records and billing liaison. Delores is a CNA and plans to attend Nursing school.
