Meet the Team


Owner & President

Gimbert Fernandez is the co-owner of Always Best Care of West Central New Jersey. He is a graduate of Pace University (MBA) and Rutgers University (BA). Prior to founding Always Best Care in 2014 with his wife Carmen Fernandez, Gimbert spent over 20 years as a Director in various roles in some of the area’s major pharmaceutical companies.

Gimbert is the proud father of two sons. His interests include cooking, bike riding, swimming, and dancing.


Owner & Care Coordinator

Carmen Fernandez is the co-owner of Always Best Care of West Central New Jersey. She is a graduate of Berkeley College (AS) and attended Rutgers University (BA). Prior to founding Always Best Care in 2014 with her husband Gimbert Fernandez, Carmen spent over 10 years as a pre-school teacher at Maple Stream Preschool and 15 years as an Asset Manager for Chase Bank and Union Bank of Switzerland.

Carmen is the proud mother of two sons. Her interests include furniture restoration, crafts, and dancing.


Director of Nursing/Instructor

Jean has been the Director of Nursing at Always Best Care of West Central New Jersey for the last three years. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin where she received both her BSN and MSN in Nursing. In addition to her role as Director of Nursing, she is a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) and trains ABC’s home health aides who are seeking certification. Jean is dedicated to the elderly population and believes that this special group of individuals should be allowed to remain in their own homes, avoiding hospitalization whenever possible.

Jean enjoys reading, playing the piano, dancing, playing tennis, and sharing time with family and friends, especially her amazing daughter, a former Marine and volunteer for Missing Persons.


Scheduling Coordinator

Susan Everett is a Scheduling Coordinator with Always Best Care of West Central New Jersey. She has 13 years’ experience as a scheduler in In-Home Care. Susan has an EMT Certification in PA with 5 years’ experience in emergency services. She resides in Pennsylvania with her family.

Susan’s interests are shopping and spending time with her family.


Senior Staffing Coordinator/Caregiver

Dale Andrulewich is the Senior Staffing Coordinator and a Certified Home Health Aide for Always Best Care of West Central New Jersey. She attended College of Staten Island. Dale has 15 years’ experience as a customer service representative for various manufacturing companies. Making the step to senior home care was seamless. She cared for her parents, which gives her a deep understanding as to what families are looking for in elder care.

Dale is the proud parent of two daughters and a son. Her hobbies include knitting, crochet, home improvements, and arts and crafts.


Human Resources Manager

Andrew is the HR manager at Always Best Care Princeton. He is involved in everything from recruiting, onboarding and compliance to benefit administration and scheduling. Andrews interests include singing, playing guitar, and application development. He graduated from Rutgers University in 2016.


Office Mascot

Buddy is an American Vizsla, and the office’s trusty mascot. Born on February 11th in Connecticut, Buddy is caring and loving. He attended the prestigious pet training school in East Windsor in 2005-2006 and graduated with honors. He’s also bi-lingual (so smart!). When Buddy isn’t toiling at the office, he loves reading, fetching after balls, and swimming.
