Elderly Care for Brandon Ficklin (Brandon B. Eazy)
During one's lifetime, there are usually just a handful of people that impact one's life in a profound way. Family and friends would be a safe bet that most would include in this category. However, who do you turn to when you only have one parent who can no longer take on life's challenges or remember life's blessings? My sister and I were fortunate enough to have our challenge with our father met by a group of strangers that flourished into what I would consider a blessing. My dad has early onset dimentia, and at only 63 years of age, he was (and still is) deteriorating at a quicker pace as times pushes forward. To describe our experience and to not write a well thought out review would not do these people justice. My name is Brandon Ficklin, and my family is truly grateful for the work done by everyone involved. They took the time to find the kind of person that would be best suited for someone like my dad. They met with my sister and I regularly, made us feel comfortable and confident within our own minds and hearts, and the caregiver that my dad came to know was (and still is) a person that anyone would be lucky to know. Her name is Frances, and she came to treat my dad in the best way possible. The whole team (Sanjay, Dawn, and Frances), during one of the most trying times in our lives, were all compassionate, honest, straight forward, endearing, and professional. Words can not adequately express the thanks and appreciation my sister and I feel. So, in closing, I would say that Sanjay, Dawn, and Frances have, collectively, impacted our lives in a profound way.
