Samantha Loy

Owner & Agency Director

Samantha Loy is the owner of Always Best Care of Alamance-Guilford. She is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Samantha’s has been involved in the senior care industry since 2012 starting as an intern for Always Best Care of Alamance-Guilford. She naturally immersed herself with in her work to establishing a strong network within the local healthcare industry. Samantha has always had passion for helping others and being able to carry on the family business, is something she takes great pride in.

Samantha and her husband Jason are the proud parents of two boys, Carter & Anderson. In their spare time, they enjoy going to local parks and fishing at their neighborhood pond.

Jodi Kern

On Call Staffing Coordinator

Jodi Kern is from Bellville, Ohio. She has several years of experience working in the healthcare field as a CNA, MA, Scheduler, and On Call Coordinator. Her passion for helping others has allowed her to be compassionate and dedicated towards helping the senior community .

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, camping, and going to sporting events with her husband and four boys.

Jason Loy

Business Office Manager

Jason Loy is originally from Graham, NC. After graduating from Southern High School he persuaded a degree in Sociology from UNC Charlotte. Jason has previous experienced in retail management and also working in the banking industry.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and going to basketball games.

HR Manager

Mallory Idavoy is originally from South West Florida and moved to North Carolina in 2017. She is a graduate of Edison State College and has over 5 years’ experience working with seniors in home care as a CNA, scheduler, HR Recruiter and manager.

In her spare time, she enjoys teaching dance classes and being outdoors with her dogs.

Sherry is originally from Eastern North Carolina. She has over 20 years of experience in general office management & customer service, which has allowed her to work in many diverse fields, from residential construction to music & video distribution and most recently a veterinary hospital. She always strives to help those in need when she can, no matter human or animal, and she brings that caring & compassionate attitude with her to Always Best Care.

In her spare time, Sherry enjoys spending time relaxing at home, getting her hands dirty in her flower beds, traveling to see family in Eastern NC & Rhode Island where her husbands family is from, cooking, & listening to various genres of music

Cheryl Weink

Director of Community Relations

Cheryl joined our team after moving here from Wisconsin. She has a degree in marketing and brings with her over 15 years of experience working in communities spanning over all levels of care from independent living to memory care. While Cheryl has also worked in the banking industry and for the American Cancer Society, she always finds herself drawn to being a resource for seniors and their families as they navigate through the living options at this stage of life.

Cheryl is a mom to two adult children, Brandon and Ava, and also to Tori who is in high school. She enjoys watching sports, exploring parks by hiking or on her bike, baking and taking road trips to explore neighboring states and the many beaches along the coast!

Director of Community Relations | Greensboro

A lifelong resident of North Carolina, Brent currently resides in Burlington.

Brent has close to 20 years of experience in the Senior Adult Care industry. His passion and heart for the aged population began to grow at a young age. That passion evolved into being an owner and administrator of several assisted living facilities later on and it continues to be a driving force today.

Brent is excited to be a part of a strong, energetic team of people who truly care about giving our senior adults the best care they can receive to enrich their lives and make each day the best it can be.

Brent is married to Kristin and they have six children and two grandchildren. They have 3 dogs and love to attend live music events.

Jasmin Graves

Scheduling Coordinator

Jasmin Graves joined Always Best Care as a Scheduling Coordinator. She has a background in the medical field and is ready to grow within home care, with goals to eventually complete her nursing license and become a Nurse with ABC!

Aside from spending her free time with her family she also enjoys doing crafts, shopping and watching football. Jasmin enjoys reading books and will even read several within a month.

Pam Perry

Registered Nurse

Pamela Perry is a native of Durham, North Carolina. Pam is a graduate of Hillside High School and graduated from Howard University in Washington DC and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Pam is a registered nurse and has experience in home health, intensive care, case management and clinical research. Pam retired from Duke University Medical Center in 2016 and has worked part-time in home health since retirement. Being able to be employed with an agency that is providing the best care for clients to help them remain in their homes is very fulfilling.

Pam is an active member of her church, loves reading (a member of a book club for 13 years) and prior to the pandemic an avid traveler. Pam has two children by marriage and 5 grandchildren.

Kathleen O’Brien


Kathleen is a seasoned nurse leader with over 30 years of clinical experience in critical care, cardiology, oncology, neurosurgery and hospice. During her career, she has held certifications in critical care, oncology and hospice nursing. She loves caring for older adults and helping seniors meet their health care goals.

In her spare time, Kathleen loves going to baseball games and listening to the Avett Brothers.

Faith Leonard


Faith Leonard has been a Registered Nurse for 23 years and now also holds her Masters in Nursing Education. Faith began her medical career in the Army Reserves as the age of 17, where she became an EMT certified, Combat Field Medic. It was during her time in the Reserves, that Faith became a Registered Nurse. Since then, she has worked in various forms of nursing from hospital and home health care to education and training.

In her spare time, Faith enjoys spending time with her family and visiting Disney World.

Nicole is from Whitsett, NC and holds a degree in Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Operations. She has always had a passion to work in healthcare, but on the business side of things. Always having a passion to work in the medical field, she began career as a CNA which now offers her a special insight for what makes a quality caregiver.

Nicole enjoys spending her spare time with family, traveling to the beach and the mountains, and loves watching baseball.

Scheduling Supervisor

Brandi Anna Lynette Williams was born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Brandi is the 3rd child of 4 siblings. Her educational experience includes graduation from Northeastern High School; attended Kinston Community College and graduated from ECPI University where she received her Associates of Applied Science in Health Science with a major in Medical Assisting.

During her high school years and the time, she spent at Kinston Community College, Brandi was a member of the Basketball team. During this time, she aspired to play professional basketball. However, her love for the elderly and natural nurturing spirit took precedent so she followed her heart to work in the healthcare field. As a youth and teenager, Brandi enjoyed visiting the Local Health and Rehabilitation Center where she made friends among the patients.

Brandi is the mother of Braylen Robbins, and he is her pride and joy. Brandi enjoys her chosen career and her family.

Nathaly Feliciano was born and raised in Florida, recently moving to North Carolina with her family. She has been in the healthcare administrative field for over 10 years with experience in Pediatricts as well as Geriatrics. Nathaly has a passion for helping those who cannot help themselves.

In her free time Nathaly enjoys reading, going to theme parks and taking vacations with her family.

Savannah Maysey joined Always Best Care in January of 2021 as a caregiver. She embodied a dedicated, caring, and reliable caregiver for over a year before she joined the office team as a part time recruiter, and quickly transitioned into a full-time scheduler. Originally from Chicago, Il., Savannah moved to North Carolina in 2020 and currently resides in Burlington, NC with her two young children. She enjoys spending her free time doing activities with her children, watching Forensic Files, and traveling; she has been to over 12 countries so far!

Montezha Peters, is a Native of Winston Salem, NC and the youngest of 6 siblings. An alumna of North Carolina Central University with a Double Degree in Political Science and History. Montezha Loves to connect with and help the community and has a heart for helping seniors; being a part of the ABC team fulfills Montezha’s heart to be able to help seniors and their families in times of need and extra support.

Montezha finds joy in her spare time by creating authentic handcrafted baby items to welcome home new bundles of joy!

Community Relations Coordinator

She joins the Always Best Care team as Director of Community Relations, helping to build relationships within the community and connecting families with the senior care services offered by our team of caring professionals. She comes with a history of involvement in caring and advocating for the elderly population and is happiest when out in the community making a difference one family at a time.

Michelle Holcomb recently moved to North Carolina to be closer to her adult son, bringing along her two dogs who complete her family. Michelle enjoys cooking exotic foods and exploring new places.
