Owner & Care Coordinator
David Robinson is the owner of Always Best Care of Greater Boston. He is a graduate of Denver University and resides in Belmont, Massachusetts. Prior to founding Always Best Care in 2009, David spent over 20 years as an owner of several successful recruiting agencies in the medical staffing industry.
David is the proud father of his son Luke and daughter Monique. His interests include playing ice hockey, hiking and skiing.
Director of Client Care
Kathy is a graduate of Westfield State University, and currently resides in Reading, Massachusetts. She has more than twenty-five years of experience working with seniors in a variety of settings. These settings include, but are by no means limited to, independent and assisted living communities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), and long term care facilities. Kathy also has a past history of working at a hospice agency. Her philosophy is that all of our clients should be taken care of as if they were our family members.
In her free time, Kathy enjoys traveling, skiing, and reading.
BETH RATHBONE R.N., B.S.N.
Nurse Case Manager
Beth is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts, Boston where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
In her over 22 years of professional Nursing experience, she has worked in both in an acute care setting and in throughout the community as well. She is dedicated to supporting the client in the most independent setting possible. Her philosophy is that each client be treated like family, with kindness, dignity and compassion.
Beth is a Mom to 2 Sons and a Daughter. She enjoys reading, cooking and playing with her English Bulldog “Dottie”.
Director of Staffing
Krystle is currently pursuing a degree in Human Services with plans to become an LSW. She was born and raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts, but currently resides in Waltham.
For the past three years she has helped to manage and grow a small, independently owned optometry office. Now, Krystle is hoping to focus on something she has always been passionate about – helping others.
In her spare time, Krystle teaches dance, enjoys reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Chalia grew up in a small town in western Massachusetts and is currently working to get her degree in psychology with plans to use that in the Human Services field. She is hoping to work with those who are in need of assistance. Chalia would like to continue to dedicate her time to learning new skills and finding effective ways to better the lives of others.
In her free time, Chalia loves to read, travel and spend time outdoors.
ROLDYNE PIERRE LOUIS
Director of Finance
Roldyne is a graduate of Bridgewater State University, majoring in Accounting & Finance with a minor in Math. She was born and raised in Haiti, but moved to the U.S at the age of nine. She resides in Burlington, Massachusetts.
Roldyne is quite involved in her church and spends much of her free time doing volunteer work around campus. She also enjoys spending time with loved ones, cooking, trying out new restaurants, traveling, and running in order to maintain a well-balanced life.
Billing and Payroll Administrator
Harry is an honors graduate of Rhode Island College, majoring in Justice Studies, Sociology, and Accounting. He joined Always Best Care with a background in corporate finance.
Harry is very involved in his community, as he has been an integral part in developing an elder abuse coalition in Rhode Island.
Harry’s passions include playing sports, photography, reading, writing his short story, and spending time with his family (while watching his beloved Power).
Human Resource Manager
Stacey, a local Belmont resident, is a graduate of American University, where she received a BA in both Psychology and Communications. She is currently earning her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University. Her professional history is varied, but possesses the common thread of cultivating meaningful and lasting relationships. Stacey has lived in several countries around the globe, including Ghana, Africa and the West Indies. Her experiences in each location over the years allow her to relate to people of diverse backgrounds and, therefore, to recruit some of the finest and most devoted caregivers for our company.
Stacey is a mother of two school-aged boys. In her free time, she loves traveling, spending time outdoors, and practicing yoga.
Office & HR Assistant
Dani is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology and a minor in Law & Society. Born and raised in California, she currently resides in Medford, Massachusetts.
While in college, Dani volunteered for various non-profit organizations that led to her love of helping people. She is excited to use that experience to continue this mission by working with the dedicated and compassionate caregivers at our company.
In her spare time, Dani enjoys reading, collecting comic books, and watching sitcoms without laugh tracks.
Client Care Associate
Lindsey graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business Marketing. She grew up in Stamford, CT but is currently residing in Brighton, MA.
Lindsey has always had a passion for helping others. She started her career in care with children as a full-time nanny and has recently switched her concentration to assisting and helping the elderly.
After work, Lindsey enjoys being with friends, going to the movies, and exploring Boston.
Client Care Coordinator
Ferle graduated from Hunter College with a degree in Art History. She grew up in New York City but has resided in the Somerville area for over 30 years. Ferle has always had a passion for helping others. She has spent much of her career in Real Estate in Cambridge and has always enjoyed working with seniors. After work, Ferle enjoys spending time with friends, going to the movies, and practicing yoga.
Senior Living Advisor
A graduate of Harvard University and the Columbia School of Physicians and Surgeons, Julie worked as a primary care physician before becoming a published novelist.
Julie grew up in Lincoln, MA and currently lives in Belmont with her husband and two children. She is an elected member of Town Meeting, sings professionally in a local choir, and founded the nonprofit, Belmont Composts! Julie is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)and is passionate about helping people into communities that they will love.
Director of Community Relations
Having held Executive Director and Marketing Director positions for over forty years, Louise’s experience working with long-term care, congregate care, assisted living, and independent living brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion when it comes to understanding the individual care needs of our clients. She is dedicated to the mission of providing supportive services and housing to all persons in need.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cycling, hiking, gardening, sewing, reading, and spoiling her four grandchildren.
