DAVID ROBINSON

Owner & Care Coordinator

David Robinson is the owner of Always Best Care of Greater Boston. He is a graduate of Denver University and resides in Belmont, Massachusetts. Prior to founding Always Best Care in 2009, David spent over 20 years as an owner of several successful recruiting agencies in the medical staffing industry.

David is the proud father of his son Luke and daughter Monique. His interests include playing ice hockey, hiking and skiing.

KATHY CHAMBERS

Director of Client Care

Kathy is a graduate of Westfield State University, and currently resides in Reading, Massachusetts. She has more than twenty-five years of experience working with seniors in a variety of settings. These settings include, but are by no means limited to, independent and assisted living communities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), and long term care facilities. Kathy also has a past history of working at a hospice agency. Her philosophy is that all of our clients should be taken care of as if they were our family members.

In her free time, Kathy enjoys traveling, skiing, and reading.

BETH RATHBONE R.N., B.S.N.

Nurse Case Manager

Beth is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts, Boston where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

In her over 22 years of professional Nursing experience, she has worked in both in an acute care setting and in throughout the community as well. She is dedicated to supporting the client in the most independent setting possible. Her philosophy is that each client be treated like family, with kindness, dignity and compassion.

Beth is a Mom to 2 Sons and a Daughter. She enjoys reading, cooking and playing with her English Bulldog “Dottie”.

KRYSTLE SHEINGOLD

Director of Staffing

Krystle is currently pursuing a degree in Human Services with plans to become an LSW. She was born and raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts, but currently resides in Waltham.

For the past three years she has helped to manage and grow a small, independently owned optometry office. Now, Krystle is hoping to focus on something she has always been passionate about – helping others.

In her spare time, Krystle teaches dance, enjoys reading, and spending time with friends and family.

JEANDRA ORTIZ

Staffing Coordinator

JeAndra is a graduate of Texas State University- San Marcos where she earned a bachelor’s degree in social work.

She began her career working with underserved youth as well as with youth experiencing mental health crises. She then transitioned to a career as a communicable disease investigator for the Maricopa County Department of Public Health where she worked in case management, contact tracing, and risk mitigation for enteric diseases. She is looking forward to shifting her focus towards working with seniors and their families by utilizing her communication and advocacy skills to ensure they receive the care, support, and dignity they deserve.

She is a recent transplant from Austin, Texas and currently resides in Concord with her partner and their dogs Taco and Toast. She enjoys going to museums, watching documentaries, and cooking for family and friends.

Stania is the youngest of 3 siblings and was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. She moved to the US at 14 where she lived in Florida for 12 years. She comes with a background in recruiting and has worked as a caretaker, but she is most proud of her activism and involvement in her community.

In her spare time, Stania likes to travel, spend time with her family, and try new recipes.

Denine joins the team with a background in production, digital marketing, social media, and medical billing and coding. She’s a native to Cambridge and loves getting to know new people in the area. She wants to help small businesses grow their digital presence and hopes to connect people with the right resources that work for them!

In her spare time she loves spending time with family and friends or getting into a hands-on creative project.

BRIDGET STEINKRAUSS

Director of Human Resources

Bridget grew up in New England and is mother to three high school-aged children as well as beloved dog, Brady. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and received her Massachusetts Teacher’s certificate in elementary education. She has spent much of her career dedicated to human services, from her position as community resident counselor and mental health advocate at McLean Hospital to her extensive experience in case management in elder care services, devoting her time to providing safe home environments and protection of seniors in the community. Previously, she spent a number of years in a sales role at the New York Times and the Boston Globe. During her free time, Bridget enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, and travel, or is likely at a field watching her kids play lacrosse, football or cheerleading!

MOLLY HOUGHTON

Human Resources Recruiter

Molly was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in Biology and Health Studies and moved to Boston shortly thereafter. She is currently on the track for getting her Masters in Public Health and Infectious Disease with plans to become an epidemiologist.

In her years since graduating she has worked in the clinical health setting as a Medical Assistant gaining patient exposure. Now, Molly is hoping to focus on the broader aspect of health care that is care delivery, an essential component of public health.

Outside of work, Molly has a great passion for animals, the outdoors, sports, and spending time with her friends and loved ones.

Suzanne has an extensive background in revenue cycle management. She has worked in various health care settings specializing in office management, accounts receivable, and department restructuring.

Suzanne has numerous creative talents, including painting, creating resin art, and floral arrangement.

DANIELLE TAMURA

Operations Manager

Dani is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology and a minor in Law & Society. Born and raised in California, she currently resides in Medford, Massachusetts.

While in college, Dani volunteered for various non-profit organizations that led to her love of helping people. She is excited to use that experience to continue this mission by working with the dedicated and compassionate caregivers at our company.

In her spare time, Dani enjoys reading, collecting comic books, and watching sitcoms without laugh tracks.
