I want to compliment our caregiver, Shalonda McGill. She has been an absolute Godsend for Tom and our family. Shalonda began working two days a week for us in September of 2021. Later, in November, she moved to four days a week. Although this means we have to pay overtime for some of her hours, we are more than willing to do so because we feel that she is worth it. From day one, she has been a shining example of all of the attributes you would look for in a caregiver. She is dependable, patient, kind, attentive, and frankly I could go on and on. HE has Advanced Parkinson's Disease which has its unique set of challenges. One minute he may be in an "on" period where he is able to function somewhat and then the next minute he is in an "off" period where is unable to function much at all. Shalonda has learned this and has adapted her caregiving to match it. She is extremely compassionate and caring and he senses the empathy and good heart that she brings with her. He is very comfortable with her and she eases the emotional effects of his Parkinson's Disease. She is lighthearted and soft spoken which works very well with him. The Claiborne has activities for its residents each day. Of course, he is unable to participate in most of them. But Shalanda makes sure that she takes him to the ones he can participate in. This helps keep his socialization with others ongoing instead of making him feel isolated. Shalonda seems to sense what is going on with Tom and adapts accordingly. Needless to say, we have begun to think of Shalonda as an extension of our family. We could not be more pleased with her as a caregiver of our precious loved one. I just wanted to give you this report for her personnel file. Shalonda is a wonderful representative of your company. I'm so thankful that you sent her to us.

We've used them for my mom for about a week a month ago and then I used them this week for several days. They feed, bathe, and dress my mom. The caregivers are caring and fairly efficient. The billing is OK. They send me the bill and deduct it from the checking account.

Not only did they take the time to walk us through my grandmothers care that she would need but they didn't push us to get a caregiver for hours we didn't need. They have a team of individuals that came out multiple times to check on my grandmothers care and even had an LPN and Social Worker on staff for other questions we had. They even assisted with finding the right home for my grandmother when the time came, free of service. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company.

They sent someone that is well trained, and they come in with a uniform. They just gave us good care. They come in to do some cleanup. With my disability, they come to take care of my needs like giving me a bath. I'm very satisfied with the management. The caregiver is good, although we did have one disappointment which is to be expected. The rest has been very good.
