About Always Best Care in Louisville Home Care
Specializing in assisted living referral services and non-medical home care Serving Louisville’s Downtown and East End
Always Best Care Senior Services’ Unique Mission
We bring peace of mind to seniors and their families through a unique combination of care. Our non-medical in-home care helps seniors and people with illnesses or disabilities live safely at home as long as possible, while our free independent and assisted living referral service helps find the best place to live when home is no longer safe or manageable.
Who We Serve
We serve seniors, cancer and stroke patients, people with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, multiple sclerosis and other debilitating conditions — as well as people with disabilities and people recovering from hospitalization due to surgery or illness. We also serve the families whose loved ones need in-home care or a more supportive living arrangement. We improve the quality of life for both the family caregivers, who are often physically and emotionally overwhelmed, and their loved ones.
Quality non-medical in-home care
We carefully match your Always Best Care caregiver with your requirements and preferences, and continue to monitor the relationship to be sure it’s the right fit.
Always Best Care relieves you of the headaches of employing a caregiver directly. Always Best Care’s caregivers are hired directly, trained as Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) or have extensive professional experience in caregiving at the level to which they are assigned. They are thoroughly criminal background and reference screened, substance abuse tested, TB tested, physically examined and attend ongoing mandatory training. They are insured by workers’ comp, unemployment and liability, and all payroll, social security and other taxes are paid by us.
When your caregiver arrives at your home or leaves, she or he is required to clock in to a monitored telephone system called Telephony. Once the caregiver has clocked in, Telephony calls back to verify their location. If a caregiver does not clock in, the Telephony system notifies our staff to cover the shift, no matter what time of day or night. This also ensures that our invoices and payroll are accurate and that you and/or your loved one are taken care of. In addition, Always Best Care performs regular client satisfaction surveys, making sure that you or your loved one is receiving the best possible care.
