Phil Morgan

Part Owner and President

My name is Phil Morgan, and I am part owner and President at Always Best Care of Greater Lexington. I am a US Navy submarine veteran and spent 20 years as a marketer in corporate America, including the global brands of Rubbermaid, Bissell and Valvoline. I apply those skills as I lead the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams at Always Best Care. I am originally from Ohio, but my mother and her parents were Kentuckians until they moved north for jobs.

My mother, Charlotte, is a driving force in our business. She was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia in 2015 and I was the family member calling around trying to find her the help she needed. I try to be that resource for families as they navigate this difficult time for both the senior and their loved ones. Unfortunately, my mother passed away last year but she is still our guiding light as we provide care that we would want for our loved ones.

If you want to know more about home care or other options, give me a call and we can schedule a free home assessment.

Sarah Diener

Part Owner and Chief Operating Officer

My name is Sarah Diener, and I am part owner and Chief Operating Officer at Always Best Care of Greater Lexington. My background is in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and Process Improvement, and I apply those skills on a daily basis as I lead the Operations Team at Always Best Care. I am originally from Michigan, but have lived in Kentucky since 2002. Most of my life I worked in Manufacturing, but in 2016 I got a chance to work in Healthcare when I took a job with the Performance Excellence Group at a large hospital system. I was inspired by the Nurses and SRNA’s who worked there and made such a big difference in the lives of their patients. When Phil presented me with the opportunity to help these patients as they transition from hospital to home, and to help prevent people from going in the hospital in the first place, it seemed like destiny. I love our seniors, I love hearing their stories, and it is very fulfilling seeing them flourish under our care.

Nyisha Taylor

Office Specialist

Hi everyone! I am Nyisha, wife and mom of two little ones. I have been a military spouse for 8 years so I have moved a lot, but I am originally from New Jersey. While moving all over the country I obtained a certificate of completion of a Medical Front Office Assistant and Administration Specialist Program. My journey has lead me to Always Best Care of Greater Lexington where they have given me the opportunity to be their Office Specialist. At ABC I handle payroll, recruiting, office duties, training and certification compliance while working alongside an amazing office team and caregivers. Senior care is such a rewarding field to be in. It feels great to know that I am helping our clients stay home comfortably, happy, and healthy for as long as they desire.
