However, after everything was straightened out, they have been great. For four hours, one day a week, a caregiver comes and helps my mother who has Alzheimer's take a bath and gives her a manicure. The caregivers are good. They were conveniently located. I went and had a personal meeting with the owner of the company and thought she was very impressive. She then came to the home to meet my mother and my parents; we liked that. We thought that was professional and helpful. From then on, we have worked with a scheduler and the caregiver. I think it's a very reliable and well-run agency, and we're very pleased at this point with the service.
