Meet the Team
Bryant M. Greene is the founder, owner/administrator of Always Best Care Senior Services Delaware, servicing New Castle and Kent counties and founder of Always Best Care Philadelphia, servicing Lower Bucks and Delaware Counties and the Main Line.
Always Best Care Senior Services is a leader in in-home care and free assisted living placement. Greene is president of BMG Circle of Life, LLC which owns the multi-franchise unit of Always Best Care Senior Services. He was previously honored as the 2015 Franchisee of the Year by the Always Best Care Senior Services national franchisor in Roseville, CA. He also is the recipient of the Community Leadership Award by RSVP Philadelphia, was honored with the Leader of Innovation Medal by Philadelphia University, the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award from Fun Times Magazine, the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the Philadelphia Chapter of the Buoniconti Fund To Cure Paralysis and the Corporate Advocate of the Year Award from the African American Chamber of Commerce of PA, NJ and DE.
A graduate of Central High School in Philadelphia, he received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Virginia State University. He also received a master’s in business administration with a focus on international and global business from Philadelphia University, now Thomas Jefferson University. As a result of his master’s degree area of concentration, he was afforded the opportunity to study abroad in London, Paris and Brussels.
He currently serves on the Public Policy Committee/Political Action Committee Board of the Pennsylvania Homecare Association located in Lemoyne, PA and is a member of the board of trustees of Thomas Jefferson University, the Overbrook School For the Blind in Philadelphia, the Magee Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation board of directors and a board member of Philadanco. He additionally hosts his own radio program in Philadelphia on WURD 900 AM and has been active in philanthropic endeavors as a team captain for the top fundraising team for the 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Philadelphia Walks To End Alzheimer’s. He is A Friend of the Philadelphia Zoo and a member of its chairman committee, a supporter of KleinLife: Northeast Philadelphia, RSVP Philadelphia, Lupus Disease, Praise Is The Cure Week of Hope and Health, the Veteran’s Multi-Service Center, the Southampton Free Library, the Philadelphia Flower Show, Telemundo 62 TV’s Fiesta Day and Feria del Barrio Cultural Community Day, NBC10-TV and Telemundo 62TV’s Clear The Shelters Pet Adoption Initiative, the U.S. Marines Toys For Tots Campaign and a contributor to the WMGK-FM Radio’s Turkey Drop benefiting City Team Philadelphia. He was an award presenter and sponsor for the 2015 Hispanic Choice Awards held recently in center-city Philadelphia. He is a resident of Southern New Jersey.
Doretha (Dee) Williams
Doretha (Dee) Williams serves as the agency director of Always Best Care Delaware. She is directly responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the in home care and free assisted living placement company, including the supervision of the caregivers, administrative staff and marketing team.
Prior to being appointed at Always Best Care Delaware, she was employed as a practice manager for five specialty practices for Cooper Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. Before that, she was a patient relations manager for Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.
She is a graduate of Bartram High School in Philadelphia and earned her bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from Peirce College.
She is a member of the Bethany Baptist Church in Lindenwold, New Jersey where she volunteers on its women’s ministry. She also operates her own small business enterprise known as Creations By Dee, that manufactures and markets an exclusive line of handmade health and beauty products.
Will Childers is the compliance manager for Always Best Care Senior Services of Philadelphia, Lower Bucks and Delaware Counties and the Main Line. He is directly responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of the company’s operations and its compliance with government regulations.
Prior to joining Always Best Care Senior Services he was employed as general manager of the energy division and director of sales and marketing for American Technology Corporation. Before that, he served as marketing and business development manager for Experimental Machine, Inc.
A veteran of the United States Marine Corps Reserve, he served six years as a logistics embarkation specialist for the corps. He is a graduate of Loyola University of Maryland Sellinger School of Business where he earned an executive master of business degree. He additionally received a computer processing systems diploma from the U.S. Naval Amphibious Training Academy in Norfolk, VA.
He is a member of the Regional Manufacturing Institute of Maryland, Building Owners and Managers Association, Association of Old Crows, Association of the United States Army, Children’s Evangelism Fellowship, Soul Harvest Church and Ministry Men’s Ministry, and the Christian Business Men’s Connection.
Cynthia Lucas serves as a business manager for Always Best Care Senior Services of Philadelphia, Lower Bucks and Delaware Counties and the Main Line and State of Delaware. She is responsible for all financial functions for the company including banking, accounts receivable and payable, contracts and leases and marketing negotiations.
Prior to joining Always Best Care she served as an assistant business manager for Greater Media Company for 19 years and also was a staff accountant for 11 years for CBS Radio.
A native of West Philadelphia, she is a graduate of the Franklin Learning Center and received a bachelor’s of arts degree in business administration from Temple University.
She additionally is a certified human resource manager and a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM).
Customer Service Rep
John Higgins is employed as an customer service rep for Always Best Care Delaware. He is directly responsible for the scheduling and coordination of the caregiver’s staff and serves as the liaison between family members and caregivers.
He joined Always Best Care Delaware following graduation from DeSales University where he earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in communications. He also graduated from St. Elizabeth High School in Wilmington.
He is a member of the Our Lady of Fatima Church in Newark, Delaware.
Community Outreach Coordinator/Marketer
Keith Beauford is a community outreach coordinator/marketer for Always Best Care Delaware. He is directly responsible for new business development with doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, senior centers and individuals.
Prior to serving as a community outreach coordinator in the state of Delaware, he served as a marketing coordinator for Always Best Care Senior Services of Philadelphia, Bucks and Delaware Counties and Main Line.
Before that, he was employed for many years by General Motors Corporation in various segments of their operations including manufacturing, accounting, training and education. In addition, he previously taught business classes at the high school level for the Chester-Upland School District.
He holds a master’s degree in public administration from Wilmington University and received a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration from Cheney University.
In addition, Beauford is active as a volunteer in the Omega Psi Phi college fraternity working on their blood drive and as a talent coordinator.
Community Outreach Coordinator
Jason Bowser is a community outreach coordinator for Always Best Care Delaware. He is directly responsible for new business development with doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, senior centers and individuals.
Prior to being appointed at Always Best Care Delaware, he tutored foreign students in English As A Second Language at the University of Delaware.
He is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in International Relations. He also is a graduate of St. Elizabeth High School in Wilmington.
He is a member of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Newark, Delaware.
Human Resources Generalist
Amanda Terry is a human resources administrative assistant at Always Best Care Delaware. She is directly responsible for the day-to-day human resource function for the company including recruiting, new personnel screenings and processing, new employee orientation and training. She additionally represents the company at area job fairs.
Prior to joining Always Best Care Delaware, she was employed by the YMCA of Berks County in Pennsylvania. She also worked for a time in the retail industry.
Terry is a graduate of Kutztown University where she received a bachelor’s of science degree in marketing and psychology. She is a member of the Alpha Sigma Sorority and was active as a volunteer for the Habitat For Humanity.
