Bryant Greene

Founder, Owner/Administrator

Bryant M. Greene is the founder, owner/administrator of Always Best Care Senior Services Delaware, servicing New Castle and Kent counties and founder of Always Best Care Philadelphia, servicing Lower Bucks and Delaware Counties and the Main Line.

Always Best Care Senior Services is a leader in in-home care and free assisted living placement. Greene is president of BMG Circle of Life, LLC which owns the multi-franchise unit of Always Best Care Senior Services. He was previously honored as the 2015 Franchisee of the Year by the Always Best Care Senior Services national franchisor in Roseville, CA. He also is the recipient of the Community Leadership Award by RSVP Philadelphia, was honored with the Leader of Innovation Medal by Philadelphia University, the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award from Fun Times Magazine, the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the Philadelphia Chapter of the Buoniconti Fund To Cure Paralysis and the Corporate Advocate of the Year Award from the African American Chamber of Commerce of PA, NJ and DE.

He has more than 20 years of experience in customer service, business operations and finance. Prior to operating Always Best Care Senior Services, he utilized his leadership and business management skills in various industries including healthcare and multimedia technology. He previously held leadership positions with Chrysler Financial Corporation, the University of Pennsylvania Health System and Comcast Cable, among others.

A graduate of Central High School in Philadelphia, he received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Virginia State University. He also received a master’s in business administration with a focus on international and global business from Philadelphia University, now Thomas Jefferson University. As a result of his master’s degree area of concentration, he was afforded the opportunity to study abroad in London, Paris and Brussels.

He currently serves on the Public Policy Committee/Political Action Committee Board of the Pennsylvania Homecare Association located in Lemoyne, PA and is a member of the board of trustees of Thomas Jefferson University, the Overbrook School For the Blind in Philadelphia, the Magee Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation board of directors and a board member of Philadanco. He additionally hosts his own radio program in Philadelphia on WURD 900 AM and has been active in philanthropic endeavors as a team captain for the top fundraising team for the 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Philadelphia Walks To End Alzheimer’s. He is A Friend of the Philadelphia Zoo and a member of its chairman committee, a supporter of KleinLife: Northeast Philadelphia, RSVP Philadelphia, Lupus Disease, Praise Is The Cure Week of Hope and Health, the Veteran’s Multi-Service Center, the Southampton Free Library, the Philadelphia Flower Show, Telemundo 62 TV’s Fiesta Day and Feria del Barrio Cultural Community Day, NBC10-TV and Telemundo 62TV’s Clear The Shelters Pet Adoption Initiative, the U.S. Marines Toys For Tots Campaign and a contributor to the WMGK-FM Radio’s Turkey Drop benefiting City Team Philadelphia. He was an award presenter and sponsor for the 2015 Hispanic Choice Awards held recently in center-city Philadelphia. He is a resident of Southern New Jersey.

Agency Director

Michelle Serrano is the Agency Director for the Always Best Care Delaware office, located in the town of Milton, DE. The Milton office serves all of Sussex County and the Southern part of Kent County.

Serrano is directly responsible for the overall day-to-day management of operations and the supervision of the office and field staffs for the agency providing in home care and free assisted living placement services for seniors and disabled individuals.

Prior to being appointed at Always Best Care Delaware, she was employed as the Regional Director of Fellowship Health Resources operating throughout the state of Delaware.

She has a bachelor’s of science degree in Criminal Justice Administration with a minor in psychology from Mansfield University in Mansfield, PA.

The mother of three boys, she and her husband reside in Longneck, DE.

Danielle Gavers

Danielle Gavers

Human Resource Generalist

Danielle Gavers is the Human Resource Generalist for Always Best Care Delaware in the Milton, DE office. She is directly responsible for the Human Resource tasks for the company in Sussex County and the Southern half of Kent County in Southern Delaware. She has nine plus years of experience with the development and implementation of change management and strategy plans. Effective at recruiting and developing key players in organizations of all sizes, she is articulate, organized, and highly motivated. Danielle is also the mother of two boys Danny and Jeremy. She and her husband, Paul reside in Lewes, DE.

Prior to being employed at Always Best Care Delaware, Danielle was a Project and Resource Manager for Alba Wheels Up, in New York. She additionally, worked in human resource management for the company.

Danielle has an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Kingsborough College in Brooklyn, New York.

Operational Specialist

Jason Bowser is a community outreach coordinator for Always Best Care Delaware. He is directly responsible for new business development with doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, senior centers and individuals.

Prior to being appointed at Always Best Care Delaware, he tutored foreign students in English As A Second Language at the University of Delaware.

He is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in International Relations. He also is a graduate of St. Elizabeth High School in Wilmington.

He is a member of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Newark, Delaware.

Shelley Williams

Operations Specialist

Shelley Williams is an Operations Specialist for Always Best Care Delaware serving all of Sussex County and the southern part of Kent County in Southern Delaware.

She is directly responsible for client start of care, marketing, direct sales and authorizations for providing in home care and free assisted living placement services for seniors and disabled individuals.

Prior to being employed by Always Best Care Delaware, she worked for 25 years in mental health and substance abuse services in various supervisory capacities for the Fellowship Health Resources throughout the state of Delaware.

She is a graduate of Woodbridge High School in Bridgeville, DE and was educated at the Delaware Technical Community College. She has also completed numerous professional healthcare workshops and seminars as part of her training.

She has two adult children, a son and daughter and two stepdaughters and resides with her husband in Greenwood, DE.

Customer Service Representative

John Higgins is employed as an customer service rep for Always Best Care Delaware. He is directly responsible for the scheduling and coordination of the caregiver’s staff and serves as the liaison between family members and caregivers.

He joined Always Best Care Delaware following graduation from DeSales University where he earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in communications. He also graduated from St. Elizabeth High School in Wilmington.

He is a member of the Our Lady of Fatima Church in Newark, Delaware.

Yasmeen Nocks is a Customer Service Representative for Always Best Care Delaware in the Milton, DE office. She is directly responsible for coordinating caregiver scheduling for providing day-to-day in home client care.

Prior to becoming affiliated with the health care field she worked in food services for the Food Lion Grocery chain and Domino’s.

She is a graduate of Sussex Central High School in Georgetown, DE.

She resides in Lincoln, DE with her two children, a girl, 8, and a boy,2.
