Hello, my name is Jessica, I am the Director of Operations at Always Best Care Senior Services. My favorite part about coming to work is being around all the lovely office staff and working with our amazing caregivers. I enjoy knowing I am providing people with jobs and our clients are being taken care of by the most compassionate of caregivers. Outside of the office I spend time with my two kids and my dogs. My main goal in life is to be happy and help people fulfill their true potential. When I have free time, I spend it in my garden. My favorite thing to grow are Sunflowers!

Quality Care Director

I started with Always Best Care the beginning of 2020. Graduated from UCONN with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. I became a Project Manager with Aetna Insurance. Enjoyed a fun business venture for years as a restaurant and night club owner in Tampa Bay, FL. Earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Skilled Nursing from Southern Connecticut State University in 2012, and have since worked as a nurse in medical/surgical, psychiatric, oncological, and gerontological units in hospitals in Conn, IL, and northern California. I work hard to be an asset to all of our clients their families as well as our caregiving staff. I’m an avid outdoors man who enjoys hiking, swimming, lifting weights, and yoga.

Recruitment and Compliance Director

I have been with Always Best Care as a caregiver since February 1, 2018. I then made the move into the office as the Recruitment and Compliance Director in November 2019. I have 38 years of office experience as an executive assistant, office manager, food plant operations coordinator and accounting. I am excited to increase our pool of talented caregivers, so we may assist more seniors and their families in the future.

It’s such a great honor to be apart of the Always Best Care team. I joined the team in early 2020. I realized quickly that this was going to be a challenge but if anyone could do it, I knew I could! I coordinate all client and caregiver schedules. The job is actually so much more than just a job. We’re making a difference in the community while touching the lives of Seniors and their families. Although I may not often meet the clients, it’s very fulfilling at the end of the day knowing that I had something to do with making people’s lives better. Outside of work, I enjoy my family time, friends, swimming and bingo. I’m always up for a challenge!

Receivables Coordinator

My name is Kaitlyn Dutton and I am the receivables coordinator at Always Best Care. I am a college student working to get my Degree in Nutrition. Most of the year I work remotely due to my classes but over summers and holidays I work in office. I love working in the office with the amazing staff members. It feels like family whenever I come in to work. Outside of work and school I tend to hang out with my friends and go on adventures. I love being outdoors so we tend to go hiking, to the beach, or wherever we can explore!
