Office Manager

I enjoy using my education to help clients and their families with understanding their long-term care insurance benefits and claims process. Families that use our services have a lot on their plate, and I enjoy taking some of that off that plate for them! I help with the billing and payment part of our service as well. I have an Associates Degree in Accounting, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (which helps me to explain Clear Care, our client management system, to families). My Medical Administrative Assistant designation and Professional Coder and Medical Insurance Biller certification also helps me to be a resource to our clients and families. I make sure our Caregivers are up to date on their training and certifications. I know I’m where I was destined to be as a part of this team!

I’m a nurse, and have been caring for seniors in our industry for almost 10 years. I have a strong passion for providing the best quality care to people in need. My expertise is with hospice and end of life care. When I’m not caring for our clients, you can find me camping, hiking, gardening and spending time with my family.

I bring an extensive background in business and communication to our team. All my life I’ve focused on health and wellness. I have a passion for people, and I enjoy providing the best care for our aging community and their families. In my free time, my husband and I enjoy fitness, cycling, hiking, camping and the outdoors.

Director of Employee and Client Relations

I’ve been working with my mom since we opened our doors in late 2013. I hire all of our Caregivers, and I strive to hire only the best! I’ve fine-tuned the hiring process over the past several years to ensure we constantly hire talented Caregivers who represent our company’s values. I also help clients and families with their scheduling needs.

Owner and Director of Care

I love my work! I have always treasured my elders, and am able to live my passion for helping them every day. As a little girl, I had the honor of keeping Ethel, our neighbor, company. She was precious to me, and I know she felt the same. It’s taken me quite some time to build the team we now have because I’ve had to wait to find others who share my passion about making a difference in the lives of the seniors we serve. I’m so proud of our team. Please feel free to contact any one of us. We are here to serve our senior community and do our best, always.
