Eiso Wortelboer
Owner
Originally from the Netherlands but raised in Switzerland, Eiso moved to the United States 20 years ago. With decades of experience doing acquisitions and business consultancy, the entrepreneur has specialized in helping home health care companies in California grow for the past five years. His passion for the home health sector launched his latest endeavor with Always Best Care of Indian Wells. He graduated from the University of Geneva, where he earned a master’s in business.

“I’ve always enjoyed helping others, and as the eldest sibling of six I naturally fell into the caregiving role for my family. When the opportunity arose to combine my professional experience of growing businesses and my passion for providing quality care to those in need, I couldn’t let it pass me by,” said Eiso Wortelboer. “Always Best Care of Indian Wells has been a staple part of the community for many years, and I’m excited to continue its legacy as the new owner. With Always Best Care’s unparalleled support and resources, I’m eager to continue to serve this area through this venture.”
Bonnie Zwack
Director Emeritus and Golf Pro
Bonnie and her husband Neil were the founders of Always Best Care in the Indian Wells, and after 12 years of hard work they decided to retire in March 2021. But helping out is in Bonnie’s DNA and we are so happy that she agreed to stay onboard in a more “leisure” way… We agreed on her new title of Director Emeritus and Golf Pro, so if you are in the need for help, whether on the golf course or off the course, please give her a shout and make her day!
Douglas Kneebone
Senior Compliance Officer
Doug was a senior law partner in the Toronto office of the Gowlings firm in Canada. He has extensive experience in corporate transactions. After leaving Gowlings, Doug was an Executive Committee Member of a telecommunications startup based in San Francisco with offices in the United States, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong and New Delhi. His responsibilities included management of all Human Resources issues for the Company. In this capacity he managed the San Francisco office with over 100 engineers on the payroll giving him extensive experience with California’s labour laws.
