A Great Staff Starts with Great Training

Happy ClientAt Always Best Care, we pride ourselves on having a well-trained staff. In order to be hired as a caregiver, candidates must have already worked in a professional healthcare setting, such as UAB, Brookdale or Grandview Medical Center.  In addition, all office staff members must complete eight hours of healthcare related training every year. Our caregivers must complete 12 hours of training every year. We have excellent training resources that are mobile, easy-to-complete, and increase caregiver knowledge.
