Surgery Buddies

Surgery Buddies

An almost inevitable part of living is experiencing medical problems that sometimes require surgery. Preparing for and undergoing surgery is difficult enough without worrying about who will take care of you (or your loved one) when coming home from the hospital. Yet excellent post-surgery care is an extremely important part of any successful surgical recovery.  Often patients need assistance from surgical recovery from compassionate caregivers like those from Always Best Care of Brandon, FL to be able to successfully transition home from the hospital after their operation.

The Surgery Buddies Program

At Always Best Care of Brandon, FL we take pride in the quality of the home care services we offer the people in our community. We know having surgery can be very traumatic. With our highly trained team and Always Best Care’s “Surgery Buddies” program we are with you every step of the way. We will help you navigate the path to recovery by offing you a menu of services. This can include transportation to and from the hospital and a companion to assist you with every need. Our goal is to keep you safe in your home and avoid any setbacks.

Sometime just having someone answering your phone so you can sleep is important to your recovery. Depending on your surgery, you may need help for only a few hours. This may include transportation to and from your procedure, and monitoring while you recuperate on your couch.

Other times the procedure is much more extensive and the recovery process may dictate the need for a caregiver for a few days. Whatever your doctor prescribes as a care plan, at Always Best Care we can tailor a recuperation plan that fits your needs and your budget.
